Sizing

What size should I order?
These are unisex Bella+Canvas 3001 tees, so they run a little long and a little straight through the body. Size down one if you want it fitted; stay put if you plan to knot it. Full measurements are on the sizing page.

Do they shrink?
A little, in a hot dryer. Wash cold and tumble dry low and you'll barely notice.

The shirts

What are they printed on?
Bella+Canvas 3001 — soft 100% cotton, retail fit, not the boxy heavyweight kind.

How is the design printed?
Direct-to-garment, which means the ink goes into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. It feels like part of the shirt, not a patch stuck to it. On the heathered colors you'll see a little of the weave through the print. That's normal, and it's what makes it look worn-in rather than plasticky.

Why does the print look faded?
On purpose. Every design is distressed, worn into the outline itself rather than filtered over the top.

Will the print crack?
Not if you wash it cold and dry it low. Heat is what kills a DTG print.

Colors

How many colors are there?
Nine pairings, each with its own ink. Every listing has a chart showing all of them together.

Cream and Natural look the same. Are they?
The ink is. "Natural" is also the name of one of the shirt colors — the sand-colored one — which is confusing, and we're sorry about that. Blame the garment catalog.

Orders and shipping

How long until it ships?
Each shirt is printed after you order it, so allow 3–7 business days for production plus shipping. You'll get tracking as soon as it leaves.

Where does it ship from?
The United States.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us straight away. Once a shirt is in production it can't be pulled back, but if you catch it early we can usually help.

Returns

Can I return it?
If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us with a photo and we'll make it right — no return needed.

What if I just ordered the wrong size?
Email us. Because everything is made to order there's no stock to swap it against, but tell us what happened and we'll sort something out.

Not yet. Twelve are live and the rest are coming — email us with yours and it moves up the list.
